Jane Burns

Jane Burns joined Gloucestershire County Council in May 2003 having worked for Cheshire and Dorset County Councils previously. Jane is a member of the Corporate Management team and has a number of leadership roles.
She manages a wide range of activities including
communications, improvement and performance management, research, consultation,
community engagement, partnership working, corporate policy, LAA and business
transformation.
Jane has been instrumental in setting up Local Strategic Partnerships. She is the governance lead for the Gloucestershire Conference, the collective name for strategic partnership arrangements in the County.
Jane is an accredited inspector and has been involved in IDeA Peer reviews and CPA inspections.
