Julian Lomas
Julian is Interim Managing Director for the Partnership for Urban South Hampshire (PUSH), a economic development partnership of 11 local authorities.
A
freelance consultant with Almond Tree Strategic Consulting Ltd since October
2007, Julian works with public and third sector
clients on a wide range of issues, in particular: economic and physical
development; environmental services; children and young people’s services; and governance
including partnership development.
Previously he held a variety of roles in the public sector including Director positions at Portsmouth City Council and the Government Office for the South East.
Julian is 38 years old, married with three young children, an active member of his local church and works with a variety of local, national and international charities.
