An Independent councillor since 1990 Jeremy is currently deputy leader of East Lindsey DC in a joint Conservative Independent administration having been leader from 2003-7.
Dr Jane Kennedy
Dr. Jane Kennedy has been a senior research manager in the national studies team at the Audit Commission since September 2007. She leads the national study Policing: More for Less run jointly by the Audit Commission, Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary (HMIC) and the Wales Audit Office (WAO).
Tim Gillings
Tim has been supporting local authority councillors and the democratic process for nearly 30 years. He has worked at County and Unitary Councils and rural and urban District Councils, implementing and supporting revised political management arrangements since 2001.

Bernadette Hurst became the Asst Chief Executive of the North West Improvement and Efficiency Partnership (NWIEP) on the 1st February 2009. The NWIEP is a member led partnership, aimed at securing continuous improvement in the public sector throughout the North West.

Jane Burns
Jane Burns joined Gloucestershire County Council in May 2003 having worked for Cheshire and Dorset County Councils previously. Jane is a member of the Corporate Management team and has a number of leadership roles.
Joe Simpson
Having read PPE at Oxford Joe started his careers in the voluntary sector, becoming Assistant Director of Community Service Volunteers.
Stephen Baker
Having been Chief Executive of Suffolk Coastal District Council since September 2005, Stephen became a Shared Chief Executive of both Suffolk Coastal and Waveney District Council in April 2008.
